5) Looked forward positively to sex to improve sexual interest
6) If your interest declined with menopause, discussed this with your physician to consider balancing your hormones
7) Did what works for you to get in the mood – discovered and used “erotic bridges”
8) Handled sexual desire discrepancies proactively or addressed them through therapy
9) Were more active during sex to help maintain your (and your partner’s) interest
10) Stretched your comfort zones (used your imagination; did something differently)
